The Dream is a poetic spectacle with elements of physical theatre. Based on the script and idea by Beata Jewiarz, it features eighteen poems by Bolesław Leśmian. The performance is about a woman and a man who are trying to be together although the circumstances are very difficult. Leśmian’s poetry is very sensual and immersed in the world of nature. Man is part of nature, and nature often actively affects the human body, mind, and senses. An integral part of the spectacle are visual projections by the outstanding Polish artist Justyna Stoszek.
