Great Stubbornness is a visual poem inspired by “Three women” by Sylvia Plath.
Great Stubbornness is an ancient and mystical power which leads every woman through pregnancy to giving birth to a new life.
We focused on pregnancy and woman’s body during this period. We tried to treat the body as an esthetic object, but at the same time camera registered also some truths about the soul.
We found big tension between woman’s body and her spirit and created oneiric impression about life cycle.
